I have a 2000 Dutchman. We no longer have a 5th wheel hitch to haul it. Ac works great. It had a new roof put on due to past leaking but isn't sealed right. It is currently leaking when it rains a lot as it needs done correctly. 4812 is the trailer weight. Tires are good and trailer breaks work. I know the price is dropped bc water damage but it's still beautiful an fun. 4000 OBO!!! I have many more pictures but it wouldn't let me post bc the limit.
