Products Receiving Specialist (Full-time and Part-time)

Full-time position: 40 hours per week

Part-time position: 20 hours per week
Business Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm | Monday - Friday
Location: Hays, Kansas

Full-time pay rate: $16.50-$22.50 depend on experience. 

Part-time pay rate: $14

Full-Time Employee Benefit: PTO, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, IRA. Group Life.

Perfect hours, no weekend working, no over time working. 

Position Summary

Cloud Storage Corporation, a reseller of server components and computer hardware, is in need of an Products Receiving Specialist. If you are highly motivated, love technology and eager to learn, we look forward to hearing from you!

Technical background is NOT required. We will provide training for product knowledge and job related softwares. 

The Receiving Specialist is responsible for the verification, inspecting,  recording, and storage of the IT hardware and equipment that are delivered to the company warehouse. Responsibilities related to quality control and inventory accuracy.

Primary Responsibilities

• Track, receive, and sign for incoming products and supplies 

• Inspect IT equipment following company procedures and quality control procedures 

• Inspect products for damages or defects 

• Record the receipt of products in the inventory system 

• Perform inventory audits, adjustments, and reports 

• Maintain safe, clean, organized work environment and inventory

Position Requirements

     High School Diploma.

     Passion for IT equipment. 

     Time management skills and dependability.

     High attention to details.

     Quick learner, efficient worker.

     Proficiency with Windows Operating System, Word, Excel, and data entry

     Be able to lift 30 pounds or greater. Be able to recognize different colors of product labels. Be able to see tiny components on the electronic motherboard.
