Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent GED. The ability to communicate effectively and work well with people. Willingness to be a team player and learn as you go. A background or interest in Agriculture would be very beneficial. A valid Kansas state driver's license or ability to acquire one within 90 days of establishing residency. Finally, a successful security background investigation clearance as required by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
