Barton Community College is seeking Adjunct Faculty members to provide part-time instruction at Kansas Department of Corrections facilities located in Larned and Ellsworth.  Candidates will be asked to provide instruction for basic computer skills which includes but is not limited to word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, operating systems and database applications.   Teaching assignments may be during the day and/or evening hours.  Experience using Microsoft Office 2019 is required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or Computer Applications or equivalent is required; Master’s Degree preferred.  Industry Certifications in Computer Applications will be considered.  Individuals with industry and teaching experience are encouraged to apply.  Positions available at Larned Correctional Facility or Ellsworth Correctional Facility.
