ISO Personal Assistant
Position is 30-40 hours week. M-F. Some weekends may be required. We own a couple businesses and currently operate the office out of our home, but are transitioning to a local office and will need someone to help with keeping our home and office in a good routine. We currently have 1 child under the age of 1 at home during the day. Candidate will have OCD tendencies and can multi-task well. Must have organizational skills and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner, show ambition to help the company succeed, be a self-starter. Office experience and marketing/social media knowledge is a major plus! Candidate will wear many hats, housekeeper, child care provider (occasionally), personal assistant, marketing manager, social media manager, rental maintenance manager, etc.
Duties would include but are not limited to:
Cleaning our home and office, cleaning rental properties and setting up for on-coming tenants, organizing, office work with simple organizational tasks and some marketing/social media upkeep.
We offer health, life, Aflac, and dental insurance if working over 30 hours a week.
This is well paid position for the right person. Opportunity for advancement and raises within the first year with the right candidate. Must pass a background check, UA (subject to random UAs at our discretion) and references. Must have a drivers license and own vehicle to get to and from work.
