KDOT is hiring a Human Resource Professional at its district office in NORTON. Pay begins at $20.13 per hour. Job duties include oversight of HR functions including personnel and payroll transactions; interpreting policies and advising supervisors and employees; maintaining confidential personnel, medical, grievance and recruitment files; coordinating the district drug and alcohol testing program. This position also serves as first point of contact for disciplinary actions, grievances or other workplace disputes within the district. Two years’ experience in planning, directing, organizing, managing or administering personnel or human resource functions is required. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
