I have a take off set of factory 2 X 2 fertilizer coulters for a 1250 or 1255 16 row planter.  They could fit a 12 row or any planter bar.  They are a single disk on an angle with a scraper and a tube behind it for injection (much like a no-till air seeder).  They are spring loaded and very heavy duty.  I had a set on a planter I just traded off and loved them for 20,000 acres.  These were take offs I bought from Hoxie Implement as spares, but never used them.  I was told they had approximately 7000 acres on them.  I bought a 24 row planter but don't have enough to put on and through parts it is to expensive to buy the remaining 8.  I have numerous bushings and other parts that will go with them.  I never had to run trash whippers, because these cut and threw the loose stubble out of the way without moving a bunch of dirt.  I also have some parts that fit a a 1250 series.
