There are 7 GMX 800 magnets, 5 new and 2 I used to demo along with 1 400 magnet I had on my water line for my ice maker.  I bought a new fridge without an ice maker.  I've sold many of these over the years and they work great in place of a water sofrtner, and they work great when washing vehicles.  A normal setup for a house is 2 on the main water inline and two coming out of the water heater.   Use on a water hose when washing your car for a spot free finish.  We've used them on our hot pressure washer to wash planes for 30 years and they work great.  You'll quickly discover when you forget to put them on the water line.  The 400 magnet can be used on an ice maker water line or some people put them on fuel lines on their vehicles both gas and diesel.
