Used Sears Kenmore 80 Series 29-inch wide electric dryer, part # 110.66812692, type 180-00. It was one of the higher price dryers at the time that included the wide-opening hamper door, lighted drum, four heat settings, and adjustable end of cycle signal volume. Believe it is a White 1997 to 2000 model. Includes owner's manual and repair parts list.
Purchased new from Sears in Colby, KS.. Been used in our home since new. We needed a new washing machine last year so my wife purchased a new GE washer. She start complaining two weeks ago that she felt the dryer was taking longer than normal to dry clothes. I offered to replace the electric heating core with a new one that I already had, but she said no that she wanted a new one. I think the real reason she wanted to replace the dryer was because it did not match her new GE washer machine. I feel this way because she happened to purchase a new GE dryer (costing over $500) that just happened to match her new GE washer.
I went ahead and replaced the heating core with a new one since I had it on hand, just in case. It was working, drying clothes, when it was removed from the house. It is missing the three prong 220V power cord as it removed it to put on the new dryer, so you will need a power cord. It has some paint chips and paint wear on the dryer top (see pictures). My wife used the top of the dryer to hold her dryer sheets and washing detergents, which is why the top is chiped and worn.
It is located at my home shop, outside of Goodland, KS and the buyer will have to picked it up. I WILL NOT DELEVER IT, SO DON'T ASK..
