We have a half beef available for immediate delivery in Saline or Ottawa county. This is home-raised, hormone free beef. Grass fed but corn-supplemented for the last 60 days so it's lean but not the gamey taste you can get with strictly grass fed beef. Our cattle live in pastures and never go to a feed lot. This half beef consists of 115 lbs of ground beef and 85 lbs of boneless steaks and boneless roasts. The price is $1200 total, taxes included, no hidden costs. We also sell smaller quantities. We are licensed and insured in the state of Kansas, and this beef was inspected and processed at Canton Locker.
