Cross is seeking a Shipper at our Lewis, KS manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibilities:

The Shipper is responsible for safely packaging and shipping finished goods according to customer specifications to achieve consistent customer satisfaction.  The position safely operates a forklift, reads and follows shipping instructions, and loads and unloads trucks.

Requirements:

A successful candidate is highly motivated with shipping and packaging knowledge and experience. The candidate is detail-oriented, works well as part of a team, displays a sense of urgency and follows directions. The applicant must be a dependable, motivated producer, and support the Guiding Principles of Cross.

Desired Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related experience preferred
• Basic computer operation experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
