This is an iPhone SE 2016 version with 32 GB of storage. In great condition. Runs the latest iOS. Battery life is still at 92%. Some scuffs on the metal (see pics), but screen is flawless. 
 

The phone is locked to the Tracfone family and should work on any of the Tracfone brands. It is currently assigned to Straight Talk and comes with a Verizon sim ready to activate. It had been previously used with a Tracfone AT&T SIM card. 
 

Comes with an OtterBox case.
