Responsibilities

  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Bring your ‘A game’ and a positive attitude to work with you every single day

Qualifications

  • Prior automotive experience preferred 
  • GM Certification a plus
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
  • Must exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
  • Proven closing and follow-through skills
  • Ability to perform product demonstration and have the ability to learn product updates and present features and benefits to our customers
  • Good listener, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
  • Comfortable with the use of technology & devices
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Valid in-state driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass our pre-screening process
