NCK Tech is seeking applicants for a full-time Student Accounts Specialist for the Beloit campus.  This is a 12-month position that is responsible for all aspects of NCK Tech's Student Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Institutional deposits and billing
• Collection of tuition, fees, book, supplies and room and board
• Maintaining accurate student records
• Maintain Financial Aid disbursement database
• Prepare 1098-T forms
• Track delinquent student accounts
• Agency funding, correspondence, agreements and billing

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
• Experience in accounting and bookkeeping
• Previous experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Windows
• Ability to work within integrated computer systems
• Must have excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to plan, prioritize and multitask
• Demonstrate accuracy in all phases of the position
• Be able to adapt to changing requirements of the position
• Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and administration
