· Must have clean MVR & a minimum of 2 years OTR experience.  

· We are majority Owner/Operator drivers

· Dedicated freight and lanes run mainly the central US pulling reefers

· Multi-Service fuel card supplied

· No forced dispatch

· Settlements are paid every 2 weeks on      original paperwork turned into the office

· 90% of gross load rate paid with an owned trailer for owner/operator

· 80% of gross load rate paid with TexKan trailer for owner/operator

· 25% of gross load rate paid to company driver

· Health insurance offered for company driver  25% of single policy is paid for by TexKan
