Our Customer Solutions Representative promotes and sells products and services for our Customer Sales and Business Sales teams, while creating and maintaining a positive business relationship between Nex-Tech and its customers.  The position will work in the Courtland store Tuesday and Thursday for Customer Sales.  MWF will be for Business Sales, and they can work from another surrounding location, including but not limited to Beloit, Concordia or Smith Center.  

This position works closely with Sales Engineers through the technology evaluation process to research and develop appropriate configurations and technical solutions to meet the customer’s needs.  The right candidate will maintain extensive knowledge of Nex-Tech’s product and service line, with an emphasis on voice and data communication products, and assist in managing relationships with existing and new customers, providing quotes, handling customer inquiries, as well as providing billing or payment information in compliance with Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). 

Requirements:  

High school diploma, or the equivalent

Experience in Sales, customer service, technology, or a  related environment preferred.
