This job consists of managing 2 AirBNB apartments, and a car that is rented through an online service. 

Primary duties would include cleaning, laundry, setting up for tenants, lawncare, landscaping, and snow removal.  Communication with tenants before and after their stays might be required.  Keeping up on laundry is the hardest part about this job in my opinion.  We're working on getting a 2nd washer and dryer put in the garage, but until we do we would be fine with someone washing bedding at their home at their leisure. We have multiple sets of bedding for each bed. 

We are looking for someone that has flexible hours who can be be available when needed and would make our properties a priority.   We would like someone who would run these AirBNB as if they were their own.  We can help get started, but eventually we want to be hands off.  

This could be a great job for a college student or a semi-retired person. It was actually very handy having a couple managing it where the husband did lawn care and maintenance and they both cleaned and made beds. The most important thing about having 2nd person is having coverage if the selected person is out of town or for whatever reason cannot be there.
