The Unit is in very good shape and there’s no screen burn on the crt nor broken parts/knobs like heavily used ones and no dust on the fan which is a good indicator of the unit being properly used perhaps it was operated I a clean room and it came from a Government facility the additional shipping is for packing & shipping.
