Better Built Trailers, LLC, I-70 Exit 93, Grainfield, Kansas is hiring for the position of:

Office Administration 

The ideal candidate may be neat, detail and organizationally oriented.

  • basic mathematical skills
  • familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel 

Responsiblities may include:

  • Cashier Parts Invoices using Dealership Accounting System
  • Ability to balance and reconcile accounts
  • Receive calls & directs customers
  • Title Clerk
  • Prepares daily bank deposit
  • Parts Purchases, Invoices & Receiving
  • Assistant to the office Manager & assists with account payables & receivables
  • Maintains a neat & clean store appearance including showroom, office & restroom
  • Helps load and unload store deliveries, occasional light lifting
  • Processes rebate coupons
  • Learns products we sell
  • Orders & keeps office supplies stocked 
  • Assists sales persons with paperwork & documentation

We will train the ideal cndidate.  We are an agriculture/commercial powersports, automotive/trailer dealership. 

This is a full-time position with over-time available.  We offer health insurance, life and disability, paid time off, matched retirement, year-end bonus program and competive wages.

** Wages between $15-$20 hr correlating to productivity and speed and competence . 

Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma.  Must be able to pass a drug test.  Must be punctual.
