Brand new but technically used or open box. It was ordered several years ago for a truck and it was test fitted and put back in the box. We never used it. The hood is technically new there is nothing wrong with it, it has a few chips as seen in one of the pictures either from shipping or test fitting which are easily fixable when you are fit and finishing the hood. It is a functional ram air hood if you have an open top air box. The brand is Amerihood which is a quality fiberglass hood. It will take very little to fit the truck.
