Good camper, only 22 ft long, so it is very manageable.  New Coleman Mach 10 AC, 13,500 BTU installed last year.  Has a skylight above the bed to watch the stars and gaze at the moonlight. New electric refrigerator and microwave.  Has an oven/range combo that runs off propane.  Has a bathtub that we used for storage.  New freshwater pump installed.  Onan 4.0 generator that starts right up and has push button remote start on inside of camper.  Full bed above driver, sofa pulls out into a bed, and there is a bed above the swivel seats/table (looks like cabinets).  Attached awning.  New rubber roof installed last year, however, there is old water damage from previous leaks.  Had at surrounding lakes most weekends last summer.  On board portable propane tank leaks, so we made it ready to use a portable tank (for gas cooktop and oven).

Cons:

Plumbing needs repaired.  We have a new toilet and black tank, just haven’t had time to install.  Needs a water heater.  Propane furnace doesn’t work.  So, if you go camping in the cold, bring a heater or extra blankets.  Windows need caulking around them and Ceiling could use a coat of paint due to previous water damage.  Leaks have been fixed.
