I have for sale my 2002 Ford F-350 4x4 7.3 powerstroke with 296k miles. It's a good solid pickup.  I've put a lot of time and parts into it to make it a reliable daily driver and it has been just that. Have the original aluminum rims to go with it if interested. Welder and boxes not included. Starting at $6k but open to offers or trade for a cummins.
