I have a 1960's Silvertone 1477 with the original soft shell case, which is a rebranded Harmony Bobkat as well as a newer Cigar Box guitar handmade by 'Blues Boy Jag' out of Arkansas. The design on that guitar has pick rash around the middle of the front design, but still plays fine. Both of these guitars are excellent for slide playing. I also have a Fender Champion 40 watt amp I bought new in 2017, which sounds great and has a nice selection of effects to choose from to fit the mood of whatever you feel like playing.
