We bought these to use as a backsplash but decided to go with something different. There is 99 full tiles and 1 is cut as seen in pictures. So that is a total of 100 tiles. As seen in one of the pictures they line up well but you can tell they are a stick on tile. From a distance they look good but up close you can tell they are stick on. If you take your time you can make it look very presentable. From experience with stuff like this, they will stick well to a smooth surface. They will not stick to a rough or textured surface. They do not like to stick to latex paint. They like a more smooth glass like surface. We bought them for a project and didnt use them, we paid $380.00 for these tiles. Our lose your gain.
