Description

Please message me your cell # if you're interested in seeing this camper or if you have any other questions and PLEASE read all the details below...
so you know more about the camper ahead of time.
Thank you in advance.

I am Sunday evening and Monday and Tuesday if you want to see it.

Tons more photos are on Craigslist for Salina if you want to see more.

The camper is located right outside of Hays, KS.

Cash only and I have a clear title and brand new tires only 3 months old so you can drive it home immediately and it has working lights.

$4,500 and firm on the price just so you know up front since it is light, single axle and vintage and only needs a few small things that almost anyone can do easily and quickly and inexpensively.

Great shape for a 1972 vintage camper.

And as you know, some people are selling their vintage camper for 7k-12k...not sure who buys them, but they are selling them for this high of a price in many cases;)

Floor has original tile and has no soft spots or water damage on the floor or ceiling.

Previous lady who had it loved the color pink and that's why she painted it pink on the outside but that could be covered up easily since that is just one stripe.

The inside also has a little pink on the trim in spots, but that can be painted over also quickly and easily.

13 ft 10 in on the cab and 2 ft with the tongue so a total of 15 ft 10 in.

Inside is 7 ft 2 inches wide
And the ceiling height is 6 ft tall.

It only weighs 2320 lb so super light and drives great and has brand new tires.

Bed dimensions and it can sleep 3-5 people depending on kids or size.

Bunk above dining table...7'2" inches by 35 inches
Dining table bed 6'2"x 39"

Big bed which is sofa that quickly turns into a big bed is 6'2 x 43"

Roof just coated with top of the line silicone to prevent water leaks and keep the camper cool in the summer so the roof doesn't heat up since it's a metal roof.

Electricity works, stove top and oven works and the old Coleman furnace works great and heats up the camper really quick.

The AC unit is old, but still works and I have another one you can put in since we have not done this yet.

City water works...and camper is still winterized since it has not been used this year.  The water heater has not been used for years so that still needs to be tested out.

The shower just needs a new waterproof panel and some caulk.  I have some of the white shower liner to just glue on to the existing shower.  Just didn't do it in case someone wants to use some special shower pattern or some other liner.

New roof vent
2 - 20 lb tanks and tank cover
New paint on bumper, steps, hitch, etc.
Has large fresh water tank

Fridge gets extremely cold on electric and propane worked fine also, but testing that out tomorrow since it has not used for a few years.

I have $125 worth of new lights also for it, but have not put them on yet, but only one.  The trailer lights work fine and that is all you need to legally drive it, but you can add in the other lights if you want.

Roof and back of camper had hail and some lighter stuff on door and side had some, but it doesn't look that bad in the back and the roof is fine since the hail of course can't make it through these old aluminum roofs since it is too thick.

We were going to put some wood trim in the back alone the angled part on those hail dents, but it doesn't look that bad really and it gives the camper some character;)

I have a ton of wood trim from Hobby Lobby, Home Depot and Walmart..you can buy from me if you want...or just get it yourself if you want to do a wood trim.  The wood in the craft department is cheap...and just spray it or paint it with a water protector and screw with a little caulk and you would be good to go.

It will need some of the windows to have some new crank mechanisms which Amazon and many camper places online sell.  They are not too expensive.

The older campers always have the gears that wear out over time and just that small part needs replaced.

Have an really comfortable expensive mattress for the main bed...that is the brown/tan one in the photo.

Then the original mattress is in the photo also that fits in the bunk and can be used for the sofa also.  Then I have some nice egg crate foam for below the sofa to make it even more comfortable.

I did put some photos of the previous ladies pink comforters and pillows in case you want to go that route.

I just did my best to put some other stuff in the camper so you can see it can be customized very easily to your liking.  Especially since it has mostly white on the inside which allows this.

I do have all the pink blinds and that special kitchen blind saved if you want to put those back on.

I am keeping all the pillows, two, comforters, flowers, vases, fruit bowl, entry mat and coffee pot ...but you can of course have all the blinds, two nice mattresses, AC unit, jacks, shower material, special high density foam in the bunk, all new lights ($120 worth), etc.

I also have the front window cover which just needs some new fiberglass on it which is inexpensive at home depot.  Just didn't put it on in case you want to put some barn tin or something else.

Again, I also have a much newer very cold AC unit that can be used to replace this other one.

I have keys for this also...that all work.

Again, just message me your cell # if you have further questions and want to see it.

Thank you
