Great Camper for a young family!! This is a Tahoe Modular Travel Trailer. It can be pulled with a 1/2 ton pickup. Dry weight 5,600 lbs It is a bumper pull. 25' total length. Has manual (hand crank) trailer tounge Jack and scissor jacks under for leveling.  It is a 30AMP hookup and comes with an extra adapter and longer cord. 
KITCHEN: Complete with a double sink, Freezer and Refrigerator runs on LP gas or electricity. 3 burner LP gas Stovetop and Oven with a exhaust fan & light above, Microwave and AM/FM Radio/CD Player. Large pantry, overhead cubbies and cupboards/drawers below.       The dinette area has a removable Table or it and seating area makes into a extra bed and has more storage underneath. Over head AC Unit with Fan and Heater. 
BATHROOM: Toilet, Sink / Vanity, Bathtub and Shower, Medicine Cabinet and skylight/Vent Fan 

BEDS: One King and Two Queens. Each bed has its own private space "room" with light and outlets. The beds are space savers because they fold out of the camper. Each also has three windows/screens that can be open or closed.  Camper can easily sleep 8 adults. 

It also has a closet and cubbies inside and outside for storage. Comes with: Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, Sewerhose, new spare tire size R14. Has a control panal for the fresh, grey, black water holding tanks & electric pump. Water Heater is electric. Camper uses a 12volt battery when not connected to electricity. 
    Camper has outside shower and awning. Awning is pulled out manually and may need vynil replaced. The camper has some cosmetic flaws from age and minor things need fixed. Overall it's in good condition. And in working order. Selling AS IS.
