Ness County Hospital is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing for their Cedar Village Nursing Home.

Duties:

• Supervision of all long term care staff
• Key contact for residents, family members & staff
• Assuring quality care & compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage costs & revenues, budgeting, & maintaining policies
• Oversee equipment operation including computer software, lifts, radios, alarms, etc.
• Demonstrate courteous & diplomactic techniques

Requirements:

• H.S. grad or equivalent with RN license in the state of Kansas
• CPR certified
• Dependable and interest in caring for the aged & disabled
• Must have no record of mistreatment, neglect or abuse
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Great team-work & communication skills
