Rush County Memorial Hospital, along with Rush County Medical Clinic, is currently accepting applications for a part-time or full-time Radiology Technologist to join our team.  We are a Rural Emergency Hospital that provides 24/7 emergency room care as well as outpatient services. Flexible work schedule.

Requirements:

• Technical knowledge of positioning for diagnostic x-ray and CT
• Ability to evaluate images and provide technical assistance to staff
• Current ARRT Certification or registry eligible and must be registered within 6 months of hire date
• Current Kansas Licensure

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain quality service and image production
• Oversee purchasing of supplies and equipment based upon budget requirements
• Monitor and assist in diagnosing network issues in order to maintain workflow in department
• Monitor radiation levels for employees to ensure safety
• Oversee PACS administration to ensure organization and ready access of patient exams
• Oversee the scheduling of and documentation completion for Ultrasound, Mammography and Bone Densitometry
