Vintage Cochrane Indiana Bay Colony 7 pc dining room set (Late 60's early 70's)

Set is maple round/oval table with maple laminate top (47 3/4" round with two 9 5/8" leaves) and 6 chairs (Seat 17" wide, 14 3/4" deep, back 15 7/8" height from seat)

There is a blister on table top from a soldering iron burn. 1 chair has discoloration from fabric transfer when was too close to a fireplace. Table and chairs are solid but have minor issues, just need a little tlc.
