Looking for someone to take over my lease on Volga Drive. The apartment is 2 bed 1.5 bath with 2 parking spaces out front and a back patio. Rent is $675 a month with no utilities included. Landlord takes care of all yard work except for snow removal. Apartment has two stories so being able to climb stairs is a necessity. I'm available to show the apartment anytime before 3PM during the week. Looking to have the lease taken over by November 1st but anytime in November would be okay!
