This is a set of three Empire blow molds. This set features 3 wisemen dressed in red, green, or pink.

Red wiseman has mild paint loss. No damage.

Green wiseman has minor paint loss. No damage.

Pink wiseman has mild paint loss. Missing the crown jewel. No damage.

I think the pink one is approx 36 inches tall.

The tape on the pieces is not because of damage. It was to cover the open holes on the bottom and the light area to keep out pests during storage.

Carolina Enterprises, Empire #024526. I think they were made in 1982 or 1992 ( hard to read the date).

Overall they are in very good condition for their age and would make a nice addition to your nativity scene.

I have not tested any of the lights recently, so they made need new bulbs/ cords. These are relatively easy to find.

Paint loss is common with plastic blow molds. Some of what is counted as paint loss might be where the piece was never painted in the first place during manufacturing.
