Solar Charge Controller. New In Box. I believe this is a PWN solar charge controller. I have never had it hooked up to anything. Chinese made. It would be a good controller for a solar battery charger. Use a 20 to 50 watt solar panel, monocrystaline. Has a couple of USB ports. The control unit prevents overcharge of batteries. $10.00.
