SUD Treatment Specialist
We are recruiting for an experienced SUD Treatment Specialist to conduct Outpatient Substance Abuse treatment. Heartland RADAC is partnering with High Plains Community Mental Health facility in Hays, KS.
The ideal candidate will be able to navigate operational requirements of both agencies to best meet the individual needs of clients, to provide and meet the Substance Use Treatment specific needs of our mutual clients.
This position requires licensure through KS BSRB. We are looking for a highly energetic, self-starter, who can work autonomously and focus on meeting client needs from a holistic, integrated, strengths-based model.
Recovery Coach / Peer Mentor
The Recovery Coach provides advocacy and support to individuals with substance use disorders (SUD) who are receiving services through Heartland Regional Alcohol and Drug Assessment Center (HRADAC).
The primary area of support is focused on recovery from addiction but will also support stabilization in other areas such as physical health, mental health, social, recreational and life skills coaching.

Recovery Support Specialist - Ellsworth Correctional Facility
The Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) provides advocacy and support to individuals with substance use disorders (SUD) who are receiving services through Heartland Regional Alcohol and Drug Assessment Center (HRADAC) within Ellsworth Correctional Facility in Ellsworth, KS.
The RSS position is designed to connect with the client who is in early recovery or struggling to establish early recovery.
The primary purpose is to help bridge the gap between professional treatment and sustainable recovery and to help individuals begin, maintain, and improve the quality of individual and family recovery.
