Our Sales Engineer is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. Works in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical expert and product advocate for Nex‐Tech’s solutions. Conducts on site walk‐throughs before the sale and after the installation to ensure the solution proposed and delivered satisfies the customer’s needs. Works with the Director of Sales and Product Development Manager to provide input and make recommendations for new technology products and services. Researches trends in technology as well as the competitive landscape to help increase Nex‐Tech’s business advantage. Grows relationships with current and prospective customers through excellent customer service. Develops pricing for Technology as a Service (TaaS) offerings, contract renewals, and buyouts as well as ongoing maintenance pricing. Coordinates with Sales, Technicians, and warehouse to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

Bachelors of Science degree or the equivalent plus five years of experience with sales, technology engineering, electronic, communications, networking or technology solutions sales, or equivalent work experience.
