Position: Store Manager
Type: Full Time Position
Salary/Pay: Based On Experience

General Summary:
As the Store Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the store. We will provide extensive training for the right candidate. You will be responsible for sales, purchasing, completing loans, keeping accurate inventory, managing part time employees, keeping accurate pawn records, and performing necessary reports through our line of business software. This is a perfect job for a ‘Jack of All
Trades’ as you deal with something different each day. There is plenty of room for growth with the company where this can be a great long-term career choice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Keep accurate records of inventory, pawns, and firearm logs
  • Implement and maintain a new line of business software program
  • Day to day operations of the store
  • Managing online sales through eBay, Facebook, and online Classified services
  • Packing and shipping items sold online
  • Listing items on eBay, Facebook, and Classified services on a daily basis
  • Purchasing inventory from customers on a daily basis
  • Providing Pawn loans for customer on a daily basis
  • Manage part time employees and schedule staff to cover store hours
  • Perform quarterly audits of inventory, pawns, and gun logs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience, or equivalent education, in management field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales related position
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
  • Experience listing and selling items on eBay
  • Working knowledge of Facebook
  • Experience with operating firearms
  • Must be over 21 years old
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Experience with electronics and music equipment is a plus
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Desire to continually learn and grow
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to listen and explain terms to customers
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
  • Excellent listing and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation
  • Willingness to develop professionally
  • Problem solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines

Working Conditions / Requirements:

  • Professional retail environment
  • Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. on a regular basis
