Rosewood Services’ is seeking self-motivated, dependable and caring individuals to fill the Targeted Case Manager position. Must have proficient writing and communication skills, 4½ years' experience in the field of developmental disabilities; OR bachelor's degree + 6 months experience in the field of human services; OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Duties include but not limited to: advocating and ensuring education of individual rights for persons with developmental disabilities, ensure all internal, state, and federal paperwork is completely in a timely manner, assist individuals with setting goals and placing steps in place to ensure goals are obtained, provide behavior or crisis intervention as needed, ensure all individual service plans are well written and thoroughly communicated to the team.
