This Motorola cordless phone with answering system was purchased from Best Buy in 2004. It includes a base set with the answering system and 4 additional handsets.  It is model MD70 series. User guides are included.  

There are some batteries that can go with them. One set of batteries has not ever been used. The other set was used with these phones and removed when they were stored. Those may not be able hold a charge any longer. The set worked when we upgraded to other phones and packed it away.
