The manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and works closely with the hospital business manager and clinic nursing supervisor to manage staff and clinic workflow. A key function of this role is developing protocols and policies that align with operational goals. Additionally, the manager should be well-versed in current laws and regulations that govern rural health clinics. Bachelor’s degree required, must complete the Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional (CRHCP) course and successfully pass the certification exam within one year of assuming the role.
