These gloss black stripes were new in the box when they were involved in a tragic accident in my garage. They were blown over by the wind and my son ran over the edge of the box with our Jeep. There are some creases on one side of the stripes, which may or may not flatten when installed. However, the company I bought them from has a video of one of their stripes being crumpled into a ball then installed without issues. I haven't unrolled them completely so I don't know the full extent of the damage, but I've already moved on and replaced them with a new set. I would have installed them if I had seen the video before purchasing the new set. The website says they'll fit 2005 and newer Mustang, but it's vinyl so if you're willing to do some trimming you can put them on whatever you want.
