Position Title: Store Manager
Location: Dodge City, KS
Employee Status: Full Time, Permanent
Job Summary:
Dodge City has an opening for a full-time Store Manager. The Store Manager provides leadership and assumes accountability for the team members and their performances of their assigned location.
Job Responsibilities:
*Responsible for employee recruitment, performance, and development.
*Supervises the functional operations for sales, parts, and service.
*Accountable for financial and operational results for all business functions of the store.
*Driving company culture, identity, and company values.
*Communicates appropriately with customers and internal and external stakeholders, in person and over the phone.
Requirements:
* Ability to professionally lead, develop, and motivate others. Previous people management experience preferred.
* Solid analytical, business planning, financial, and problem-solving skills.
*Acceptable Motor Vehicle status.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 8 years, well-rounded experience in an equipment dealership preferred; advanced experience and expertise in at least one functional area (sales, service, parts); bachelor’s degree preferred.
*Ability travel and work extended hours during the week and weekends.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
