We are a successful State Farm Agency located in Hays and we are looking for our next great team member to fill the role of Insurance Customer Service. Preferred hours would be a permanent position of 12-5 M-F. For our student position we would like someone who plans to stick around for at least a couple of years while attending school & would be able to work approximately 35hrs a week during the summer & approximately 15-20hrs a week during the school year. Responsibilities

·        Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed

·        Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

·        Assist in the sales & service of insurance

·        Administrative duties as assigned

·        Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each & every day
