I have 8 T5 fixtures. All 8 fixtures have the double ballist burnt out. I fixed several that I have in my shop and the double ballist cost less than $30 on Amazon. You could easily convert them over to LED bulbs, which I think would be better. 

Four of the ballist have a loose tombstone, they still work the clips that hold them in place got broken, once you get a bulb in they work just fine. 

I found florescent bulbs on the internet for about $6-10/bulb. A fixture itself is minimum $150. I think one fixture lights up approximately 400 square feet at a specific ceiling height.

I can sell them individually or as a lot. If you want an individual I'm asking $30/ fixture. If you buy all 8 I'll take $20/fixture. Please feel free to make an offer.
