Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems in Beloit, KS, is seeking a full-time, energetic and driven Activity Director to manage our Resident Care Centers activities program.  Job requirements include planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing activities for residents in the Resident Care Center within the institutional setting.  Must follow current federal, state and local standards, as well as established policies and procedures to assure that the emotional and social needs of the resident are met and maintained on an individual basis. Hours are Monday – Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, plus one Saturday a month.   High School Diploma required and certificate preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment.
