Job Summary:

KanEquip-Topeka has an opening for a full-time Service Manager to manage technicians and repair orders in the agriculture, construction, and turf equipment.

You will contribute to our team by:

*Schedule and assign jobs and work areas to employees in the service department according to their skill and knowledge.

*Will supervise technicians and ensure an excellent customer experience.

 *Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with the service team, other department employees, and management. 

*Completing all reports and forms for service operations in a timely and accurate manner. 

*Promoting teamwork and communication through effective interaction with team members.

Requirements:

*Previous people management experience

*Ability to professionally lead, develop and motivate others

*Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer and employees

Qualifications:

*Preferred 5+ years of experience in a service department, preferably in an agricultural dealership

*Expertise with computer system, including MS office and internet-based applications

*Ability to work seasonally extended hours during the week or weekends

*Ability to lift 75 pounds as required without assistance

Compensation:

*$50,000 to $70,000 salary depend in experience

*Performance pay on work in process
