UPDATE-PENDING SALE. Upgraded to a newer, bigger camper so selling our old one. Very nice camper inside, everything works! Brand new tires, A/C cover and vent covers last spring, only a few camping trips on the tires. Heat and A/c work great (A/C will freeze you out!!) needs a new canopy. Has had some roof leaks and exterior leaks before we bought it, so there are a few spots with wood rot. Have sealed everything since owned.  Converted to gooseneck, no longer fifth wheel. Come see in person, exterior has hail damage. Interior we updated, paint and carpet/ new hard wood flooring.
