tows very well. just landed in ks after a cross country trip in april/may. updated fridge (top of pantry was removed to make room for fridge and stored in bedroom). 

i have not been able to test the water, sewer, furnace, propane elements. it comes with the origional mag wheels and two propane tanks. the rear of the camper was backed into, shattering the rear glass and bending about 3 panels inward. (no internal damage- just needs to be popped out.) no rot or rust. fully origional except for twin bed in rear and new fridge  

i bought this thinking it would be a good asset for work but don't have the time to put some elbow grease into it. 

-missing fridge access panel which is on order so it will be replaced. 

-door lock mechanism needs to be replaced- new lock in hand. 

9500$ as i have purchased all the items for hook ups, caulk, extra flooring.
