Do you have questions about sales tax for manufacturing businesses?

Then this FREE class is for you!

·         This class is designed to provide information about the sales tax laws as they apply to an industrial manufacturing or processing business or agricultural commodity processing business.

·         After attending class, you should be able to answer the question, if a manufacturing or processing business needs to have a sales tax number?

·         You should be able to identify if a manufacturing processing business must collect sales tax on anything they sell or purchase.

·         This class will also explain what exemption from sales tax a manufacturing process business has and what that exemption covers and does not cover.

·         Information on the use of exemption certificate(s), and which exemption certificates are required for manufacturing or processing business to use to purchase inventory without sales tax will also be provided.
