S&W Supply was established in 1934 in western Kansas and continues as the largest Automotive | Industrial | Agricultural parts and supply dealer even today. S&W Supply is currently seeking a full-time Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Russell, KS. Must be available to work Monday-Friday and some Saturday morning shifts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for but are not limited to:

• Assist / wait on customers or technicians with their parts questions and needs

• Handle incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously

• Operate the store point of sale system to search for parts and invoice customer accounts

• Stock shelves, check-in and order parts, maintain returns, warranties and core control

• Keep store and work area orderly, neat, and clean

• Stay current with new products, promotions and sales goals.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Being able to understand alpha-numerical numbering system.

• Able to squat, bend, walk, & work on feet for multiple hours throughout the day.

• Capable of frequently lifting and/or moving items and boxes up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
