Nice older camper. Pulls great! New 14 ply tires. (3 short trips on them) New toilet. AC (ducted) and Rubber roof brand new.  Fridge is 2 years old (Cools milk to the ideal temperature!!)   Hard sided so no hail dents. 2 slides. Awning. Residential couch with 2 recliners. Queen bed not RV queen.   Everything works great.  Has 2nd AC to help with those 100 degrees days.   Has heated tank pads installed  (just not wired up) Has heavy duty built on storage rack in the back for grill and generator (welding to the frame). With hitch so you can tow your boat or jet skis. Built heavier then today campers.  Cleaned and ready to camp.
