This is a custom Howa 1500. It has been upgraded with a McGowan #4 22" fluted barrel chambered in 6 Creedmoor, 5/8x24 threaded muzzle. Bell and Carleon M40 stock, a Timney trigger, and a 20 moa Night Force rail. Willing to sell with 100 pieces of used brass. Message me on here if interested.
